Last Thursday was a very sad day for the world. A great man died in a surprised way. Four days after that shocking new we can’t believe it yet.

Michael Jackson only it was not an icon in the world of the music by his contribution with new sounds and dance steps; was also and will be an icon because was one of the first famous that turned his eyes to the neediest people and did not doubt in utilizing his power of assembly and to create a great project whose flag was "We are the world", this make that many teenagers of that moment realize that we are part of the same world and that we should help us each other.

Michael Jackson was my "friend" during my adolescence, he was in many parties, graduations ball with his music. During the 80’s in every home that had a teenager it was a thriller jacket or a glove or a pair of white sox with black shoes.

Sadly he has become a legend now his dead, he will be remembered in the history as a man who changed the world with his music, his style, his dance, his peaceful way.

We will miss you….

Digital art

Hi everybody! I will blog today about my new project. I already started to make digital image collage for scrabble or glass pendant. I already sold a couple and that make me to think that I’m doing a good work and people like my collages.

The second part of my project is to design and sell “Thank You” notes, Tags, Stickers, and earrings holder cards for etsy shop owners who want to promote their shops.

sleepandhersisters's Shop is the perfect example of a real artist, I’m not an art critic, not even close, but I really love the technique, the colors she use, I’m sure that if you visit this shop you will love her talent too. We start a new week with a new collection. We feel very happy to present part of our new collection of jewelry using leather.

Each one of these pieces is extremely versatile since can be used with casual clothes as with some formal attire.

Also we include juvenile proposal with the collection of bracelets that are sure the adolescents will love.

Hello again! My second post was faster than I thought.

I’m so happy because I finally found the widget that you can use to translate this blog, that way sometimes I can write in Spanish which is my language and you can still read my blog.

I know my English is not good enough and some times is very hard for me try to explain things in English, thanks God the technology is in our side so we can understand even when we don’t speak the same language.

I will try to write in English as much as I can because I want to practice, but also I think that if you are learning or study Spanish you can use my blog to practice your Spanish too.

Kooljewelry...wearable art from Costa Rica!

Welcome to my new blog!!!

This is my first message to you from Paradise. Well, I want to start to share some information about me and my shop.

I was born in Costa Rica, beautiful paradise country located in Central America, I live with my hubby and our dog. I’m the oldest of four children and now I have my small business with my sister.

I started my jewelry business four years ago locally and now I want to bring my pieces to the world.

Why some of my items have very low price?? Simply, when I start to make jewelry I bought many acrylic and synthetic (plastic) beads, but my clients start to ask for gemstones and ceramic, so I put all the plastic beads away and start to buy gemstones for my designs.

When I moved to my new home I found the bag with all those beads that were crying to be used, so I decide to make some designs with them and this is how Kooljewelry was born.

Now I want to show some items from my shop, I hope you like them…Keep visit this blog, soon I will have some giveaways and some trivia discounts.
